After my Facebook live concert a few weeks ago I really got sold by the idea of playing live. So said and done, I contacted (PSB Pet Sounds Bar) in Södermalm, Stockholm. So the 18 of June I’m going to play an acoustic set in their bar. So if you have the chance, come watch me play live for the first time. Check out the event here!
As a big surprise me and my homie Vincent Jedselius found out that we were about to play the same date, but he hadn’t confirmed. But we didn’t need much time to think and said and done, we’re both gonna play the same day. It’s a small world. Check him out on Spotify. I also know he has some new stuff coming out soon and I bet it’s gonna be great.
Also had the big honour of being played by Alan on North Highland Radio last Sunday. You can hear Alan doing really great pronouncing my name in a amazing British accent here, and they also have maybe the best logo ever for a radio station.
And here’s some new music to brighten your weekend:
Tom Begich is a singer songwriter from the US and adds some spice to his sweet songs with what I think is a clarinet. Really great arrangement a strong melody!
From one sweet singer songwriter to another. This time the young and talented Holly Morwenna (who I found thanks to the lovely Verity White at #MusicHourUK). I really love her song Swim out to see which is a duet with Ella Frances.
Next up is one of my favorite bands at the moment. The Velvet Hands plays energetic garage rock and it’s no chock that they’re from the UK. For some reason I tend to favour British music and my music seems to fit in the British islands. Anyhow, here’s my favorite song with them but check out their discography on Spotify.
Since I discover so much music I need to add four at a time instead of three. So here’s a great song from the Austrian indie rock band Seraphim. A really great song to end this post with.
And as always, all songs are available on my playlist #KEEPOUTOFTHEMAINSTREAM
