The project
Otto Lundsgård is Jon Magnusson's project for classical piano repertoire and arrangements. Bach and Schumann form the core of its released catalogue.
The recordings range from Bach's two-part Inventions to Schumann's Kinderszenen and Album für die Jugend. They offer several entry points into the project, from contrapuntal writing to short character pieces.

Arrangement and production detail
Jon develops the project through arrangement and MIDI editing. Working with the notes, timing and phrasing is part of how he shapes the recordings.
The classical compositions retain their own authorship. The catalogue also includes Bach chorales explicitly credited as piano arrangements by Jon Magnusson.
